      Pathetic customer service and very ************************. Do not use this company for any service. Scamming the elderly. The guys who came out were extremely rude & refused the job because stuff was on my porch. When calling the manager regarding concern of why they refused the job, he states they can refuse any job they want. Manager not helpful in any manner and refused to help when called. Do not use this company for any reason

      This client tells a very different story than what actually happened. When we book appointments, we always request to make sure that all ducts are readily assessable and any furniture directly under vents be moved. When we arrived, the porch was very cluttered, and we were unable to move our equipment into the home without client moving clutter on porch. They had not also moved anything in the home to allow access to all ducts. Both the husband and spouse started screaming at us and we then declined to perform the job. When we were back in our business vehicle, the man, grabbed and opened the driver's door to continue to yell at us. We got back into our vehicle and left. Their granddaughter, who was there the whole time, then called the company number and lied about the incident but did acknowledge that her grandfather should not have opened the door to the van. Client's granddaughter was not aware that she was speaking with the same person who was at their home. We refused to perform this job as they were unwilling to provide safe space for us to work in.
