    Back in February we had elite irrigation do an estimate for our property. We accepted his estimate and paid $5200 as a deposit for work. After giving home the money he became very hard to get hold of. He tells me he’s going to start March 26. March 26 comes he is no call no show. I have to call him several times and finally get ahold of him and he said he was waiting on utilities to be located. I told him that they were located hence the flags and paint in the yard. March 28 I call him ask him what’s up he tells me he will be out Monday. Monday he get here around 10 am with a rented trencher and return ms it in time to get half day rate. Next day he’s digging the boxes out and I ask him about the grading. He tells me that he redesigned it without consulting us. He comes back a week later and puts drain basins in. We paid for ( 5) 12”s and (1) 24” basin. He starts to install (4) 9” and (1) 18”. I stopped him and told him it’s not what we paid for. He said he redesigned it again because the pump won’t fit in the 24”. I told that doesn’t make sense and he told me he had to order new ones from Houston and it would be several weeks refusing to buy from a local distributor that has them in stock. He also redesigned without asking us the whole pumping system. It was supposed to go fill a huge tank and then be pumped out. He had it going straight out which we have been doing for 25 years unsuccessfully. Will not work. He has over 5,200 of our money everything he did has to be covered up. Not to mention the safety hazard of navigating this obstacle course. I have many pictures and videos and documents to back all my claims up they are to large to upload would be happy to share.

    I wasn’t aware of complaint till a few days ago and the job for ******* ****** is complete it got completed last week I recently lost my mom and it’s been very difficult but that Job is complete and I actually have to take her to court because she refuses to pay me the remaining balance.

    He was awarded a competitive bid to install sprinkler systems on the football and softball fields for the Grandfield, Ok public schools. He installed them and did not correctly install them and then ghosted the administration for weeks that tried to contact him. We were forced to hire another contractor to make the corrections to the faulty installation. We would like to be reimbursed for what we had to pay the second contractor to make repairs to the faulty installation after Elite irrigation and drain systems would not return our call or texts for WEEKS.

    I have been deathly sick with Covid as well as my children I was not “ ghosting “ anyone A.) I was severely sick ( but of course they don’t care about my health ) B.) I have to many customers to be able to call someone every day but there was a couple occasions I was able to speak with *** ***** * *** ***** I explained to them my situation and I would get there when I was able that I was sick and  backed up with work AND I WOULD CALL THEM WHEN IM ON MY JUST LIKE I DO FOR EVERYONE ELSE ( I AM ONE MAN I DON’T HAVE A CREW I DO EVERYTHING MYSELF ) I was backed up for months way before *** ***** notified me about the leaks on the football field. I do offer 2 year warranty on anything that is MY FAULT but as I instructed the maintenance man * **** * do not run over the valves with riding lawnmower and thats exactly what happened the valves were run over and broke two 2” male adapters ( around $6 each ) I told *** ***** I would try to get there quick as I could but it would not be warranty being that damage was caused by them and there would be a charge. That’s all that was wrong I Have told both *** ***** and *** ***** several times I don’t know when I would be able to make it that way that I’d get there soon as I am able but instead of waiting in line they wanted to jump the line over others that have been waiting and since I couldn’t get there fast enough they hire someone else to fix two $6 2” male adapters that was damaged by running over the valve after I instructed them not to and you have the nerve to call my installs faulty NO WAY! I did have help from another company when I did the installation and they will testify nothing was done faulty! *** ***** and **** ***** are impatient well I’m sorry they are not my only customers ! There will be no refund over two $6 fittings their guy broke and because of your negligence and inability to have PATIENCE!

    First Contact with ****** for the irrigation system. Agreement that the irrigation system would be installed on the three garden areas for $3300 and he would get it installed on 4/17/23 with a 2-year warranty. ****** took more payment out of the credit card than he was supposed to ($2600.00 receipt from Intuit Payments, Invoice #*****, Transaction ID *************. I wrote *************** I will believe ****** when I see him here. He took my money, more than he was supposed to, and *** never seen anything of him afterwards to work on the system. This not right. He is mistreating *** paid you $2200 (wrong amount sited, should have been $2600) on April 3rd. Seven months later and I still dont have an irrigation system. On May 30th, you threatened to charge me if you rented a machine and couldnt use it, but you certainly didnt mind taking more money than you were supposed to and holding it for seven months without doing anything for my irrigation system. I asked you to come check the watering system you hooked up on May 20 and 22, June 10, and July 9. You never came. I asked for a start date on September 30...youre only 16 days late with the information. On August 15th, you said you just got back from a funeral and youd start two days later and you would finish the job, youre now saying November 1st. Only two-and-a-half months late. You are not trustworthy. Your word doesnt mean anything. *** believed you for the last time. When I see you, Ill believe you.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The businessperson, *************************** lied to you (BBB) in his response.  He stated:

    "wasnt aware of complaint till a few days ago and the job for *************************** is complete it got completed last week I recently lost my mom and its been very difficult but that Job is complete and I actually have to take her to court because she refuses to pay me the remaining balance."

    1.  He was aware of the complaint because he mentioned it to me.

    2.  He didn't complete the job (2/2/24) until after he had gotten the complaint.  He lost his mother back on November 1, 2023 so his mother's death had nothing to do with his completion of the job.  He has not taken me to court.  He has made rude, defamatory, slanderous comments about me and I am the one who has retained a lawyer and filed a police report against him for harassment.  I have never refused to pay him.  He never completed the job as he said he would do so on 10/31/23 where he stated because he had taken so long that he would put an irrigation system on the whole front lawn, not just the gardens.

    3.  He is charging me 20% daily interest on the "unpaid balance" for a job he didn't complete as to his word.

    On August 3 I paid this business up front ****** for a job that was to be completed later in the week. I paid up front because he offered me a 20 percent discount to do so. He has not come to complete the job 2 and a half months later despite my repeated requests to do so. I am now having to pay someone else to do the job that I have already paid him for. I plan to pursue legal action against the business. Unfortunately I found through talking with people about it several other people that he has done this to. I can provide text messages and receipts for what I paid for.

    The work was done and has been done she allowed fountain to dry out and pump burnt up and I still replaced it even though it was her negligence.

    On 1 March, I signed an agreement and paid a deposit of $2350 (50%) for the installation of a new lawn sprinkler system. I was told by *************************** the install would be no later than 3 weeks (21 March) and would take 3.5 days of work. I called March 16 to check on status of job. No answer, no call back. I called again 21 March, no answer. Did get a call back. Was told the weather, (rain) delayed the start of the install. Was told he would place an order for utility marking and he would try to squeeze in the job. I did some research on the rain days and amounts for ****** *******. Amounts/days were: 9 Mar, (0.1), 16 Mar, (0.3), 21 Mar, (0.1) and 23 Mar, (0.7). Total for March was 1.2 inches. No way this small amount of rain should stop or significantly delay the install. So far, Elite has been a no show at the job site and he no longer returns phone calls or text msgs.

    I completed a transaction for $1345.00 as a deposit for French drains to be installed. Per our contract and text messages the installation was to be complete no later than 6 March 2023. After not completing the project by the agreed time, and without any forewarning, I reached out multiple times a day to try and get an update. I was then told it would be complete by 08 March 2023. He again did not show up and did not update me until I called mid day. He rescheduled for 10 March 2023 to come at least start the project but again no showed and will not return any phone calls, text messages, or emails. I have tried many times to contact him and his secretary while also leaving voice mails. I told him I had no issues with delays if he would communicate those with me. He will not respond to any form of communication.

    On Feb 11 deposit was made and on the invoice its states a * ESTIMATED * start date never a finish date ( I will provide documents) because the weather can effect start date because rain and below freezing weather are not possible working conditions. The machine will not dig in the mud ( estimate was given with machine use ) ***************** was informed of all these possibilities before agreeing to the project. From February 11 ***** to March 17 ***** it has rained 9 times and has been below freezing with 30mph wind gusts out the north. I just hired a secretary but before that I did all the calls , scheduling, and also do the work by myself I cant answer the phone every time it rings sometimes Im on a machine or in a muddy hole but he was made aware weather can change things before hiring me. I will provide the invoice in which the deposit was made and notice the circled statement.

    ******************** has started the work and his secretary has since been forthcoming with a timeline and potential delays. To reiterate, the initial complaint was for the lack of communication. I appreciate the work being started. He did stop, which I believe was because the city did not fully mark the areas in which pipes etc were laid which I appreciate. I was informed by his secretary that he would attempt to get the work done this week or weekend if needed. I appreciate the communication from his secretary on keeping me informed. I would also like to add my compliments on his professionalism while he did the estimate and for the work he has already completed as well as his attention to detail noticing the marking company did not complete their work in the front of my yard.

    On 3 May 2022, Elite Irrigation was paid $1053.91 to put in all new steel sprinklers in the front yard of my home, add a new control panel box in the garage, ensure the entire system was working properly including adding in or fixing the sprinklers heads around the yard, and put in a new pipeline system. I checked the property, two sprinklers are not working, and one sprinkler was not replaced in the front yard. I contacted Elite Irrigation over 20 times by calling leaving voicemails and text messages. I was informed the technician would return to show me how to use the panel but the technician never returned. I saw the technician driving through town, so I tried contacting him again just recently but no one has returned my phone calls.

    I was instructed to change irrigation controller and 6 rotors in the front yard and replace the broken backflow preventer and thats exactly what I did I was also instructed to turn the backyard off and that she only wished to water the front yard and thats exactly what did and upon completion she ( *************** ) wrote me a check for payment if I didnt finish the work then why did I get paid upon completion? Several months later *************** asked me to come back and show her how to use controller but unfortunately due to the fact that Im a one man show I do everything myself I have no help so its very difficult to get to a customer quickly and Im very backed up right now and Im not making excuses Im stating facts Im sorry *************** feels the way she does but I assure you all work was complete then she paid me. Soon as I get caught up I have no problem going back over there and helping her out but Ive never not completed any work in which I was paid for I look forward to assisting *************** with anything she may need just at this time Im working very hard to catch up so that I dont have to have customers waiting very long.
