      Very helpful with an otherwise confusing process. They answered my questions, helped with the process and made the endeavor quite clear and easy. I personally had no clue where to start and they offered guidance through the entire process. I had been putting it off for quit some time. When I found the web page I was so relieved to know there was assistance. Highly satisfied with my results and would recommend them to anyone who is interested! The Dr called as scheduled and asked clear and precise questions. He was clear and direct, but very personable.

      I spent 10 minutes giving all my demographics, then they charged my credit card and texted me saying that they could not do a televisit in MN and stopped responding to my replies. This was poorly handled at the very least.

      Being a newbie, it was confusing, but man what a great doctor. She walked me though it. Made me feel safe as she asked me a lot of questions to make sure it was ok for me to have.
