    Date started on fence 3/18/2024 finished on 3/29/2024. Would not show up when he said he would, we would call and he would say he was on his way and never show up for a couple of days.He told us he would make sure things were back just like they were when they started but they weren't! They would work for a couple of hours then leave and wouldn't be back for a couple of days because they would be working on another job. When they said they were finished on 3/29/2024 my wife walked around inside the yard because she had neck surgery and walks with a cane and couldn't see the poles to realize the tops had not been painted like they were suppose to be. When I came home I walked all around inside and outside of the fence and noticed things they promised would be done were not. I called the owner of the company and explained everything and he said he would be here the next day but he wasn't and this is what has been going on ever since. He will not answer his phone nor his text messages and the 2 times he has answered he always would give us the run around. His mailbox was full and you couldn't leave him a message and he wouldn't answer our texts! We just want him to take care of what he said he would do.The paint is bubbled up on the gate that he painted and since the caps have rusted there is rust running down the fence. We had one cap missing and now it has been put on but he won't paint the caps.We just want him to fix the things he promised he would. This is no way running a business.

    We went back over there and fixed that cap. He's saying his caps are rusting. I told him they would rust and discolor. He wanted them on there like he wanted it. We took another cap and put int on there and now he says another one is missing. Now he wants me to go out there and paint them all for no charge.

    We adjusted the gate and now he wants us to completely redo it. 

    The paint is peeling but I told him all this stuff could happen. I told him paint on top of factory paint *** not stick. We fixed things and then they come up with something else. I told them I wasn't going to fix anymore things unless they pay. I can't keep doing free labor and replacing their parts.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    What he replied to you is a lie! When we hired him to do the fence he told us if we had any issues he would take care of them at no charge because he wanted us to be happy with our fence. When we discovered the problems and called him he said he would be over to take care of them NEVER saying it would cost us anything extra. He was the one one that was going to get the paint! He is not an honest man to do business with! We only told him once about the missing cap, that was the day they finished and we paid him. We were recently told that he was not reliable so I guess we have learned our ****** who you can trust to do a job right.
