    I purchased an exhaust and had it installed by Diamondback Harley ******** in ****** ******** in February of this year. It was discovered that there was a plug missing from my motor for the O2 sensor delete during an oil change 2 months ago. Today I just repaired my exhaust due to the loss of power and terrible exhaust noise. Upon removal of my exhaust it was discovered that an exhaust nut was missing and two of the three remaining exhaust nuts were the wrong bolts, not Harley ******** stock nuts sold at the dealership. I was also missing one of the two exhaust gaskets the exhaust gasket that was present was also the wrong gasket, plus the exhaust was mounted wrong. due to the exhaust flanges not being tight and the mounting bracket was over tightened causing the front of my engine to have damage to the front exhaust port from the exhaust rattling against my engine this is absolutely uncalled for when it comes to aftermarket parts that are purchased and installed in a Harley ******** authorized dealership. I would like a full refund of the exhaust and the price for the service considering my exhaust is damaged and my motor has damage to the outside of it as well

    It was determined that the customer has not had the bike serviced in over 20k miles which includes checking the exhaust system. We recommend a service every 5k miles.
