  Terrible customer, hungry to death for customers money. Cant believe I had purchased a pool vacuum for $1750 and in less than 24h I asked to return it because it was any good. They refused to take the vacuum back. Mind you, at the front of the store and even inside they signs that say no refund exchange Only. I agree to exchange and they also refused to take the vacuum for an exchange. I was also told I could store credit upon returning the vacuum but since my wife had called to tell them she will report them to better business bureau, I denied that store credit as well. I went to the store and tried to exchange they categorically refused to do it. I was told to wait on the owner of the store to be there on Monday because he was at the time at a game in order to make any decisions. I asked to speak to him over the phone since it wasnt in the store. When they reached out to him, he told me over the phone that all sales were final. I asked him where was that mentioned at because it was nowhere on the receipt nor the store, and his response was because I am telling you that now. I was mind blown by his attitude and tone in his voice while talking to me after I spent my money at your store. This is absolutely ridiculous and they honestly should be ashamed of themselves. They refused to honor what they advertised to customers. Not sure if they realize what country we live in and that there are rules and regulations set in place for this kind of rip off. I will not let that slide and will fight them and make sure justice is served for me and or any other person that undergone their injustice. I am also filing a formal complaint here against them. I hope others see this and it helped them. People should definitely stay away from this kind of Business.

  Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, they installed a new liner in our pool 3 summers ago and have been having issues from day one, liner constantly pulling out of top edge of the pool. Tried to get them to come out all last spring and summer, constantly reassured would come soon, never did, the very same thing the last 3 weeks from them, between last year and the last 3 weeks, we have never once been contacted by them or had any of their employees show up to our house, the only contact we’ve had with them is when me or my wife call them
