    The principal administrator *************************** continues to slander my children to other children and parents at this school after I have removed them as students there. I have made several attempts and contacting her to ask her to stop but there is no answer or follow up on her part

    Dear Ms, ********:
    Thank you for allowing Lawton Academy of Arts and
    Sciences to address Mr. *****'s complaint. We take
    customer service very seriously. That
    being said, Mr. Donald ***** has never been a client of Lawton Academy
    of Arts & Sciences. His daughters did previously attend our school, but the contract for service was madethrough the girls' mother and step-father. We have checked several email accounts, to
    include my own two accounts, and inquired
    with both the elementary and secondary secretaries to see ifwe have received any emails, mail. or phone
    calls from Mr. *****, and we were unable to find any communication.

    It is not our policyto discuss former clients with current
    clients. The desired settlement is no furthercontact by the business. As we have made
    none this school year, we agree to that resolution.
