    There has been a continuous leak at my place. They try to tell me it is fixed but also as you can see from pics it's not a very good job. Now I am being told to leave my home and I won't owe anything even though previously they were evicting me for not having rent. They also said twice they will get a plumber but I havnt seen one yet. They know they have a major problem and finding the easy way out.

    Contacted Plumber for emergency to repair water and Contacted water removal company who came out and began removing water. .

    On June 8,
    I sent a invoice to pay *** and June rent. She replied ok.. and then Added her Ceiling Is Leaking again in the same place. I asked did it just start? She replied Yah it hadnt been but like a day or so I just seen some moisture and a small drip.. I replied Ok and sent plumber ..he did not see any leaking in the apartment bathroom repaired area.
    June 15
    I sent the 5 day notice to quit. Pay in full or Court. I extended it to the 26 to be helpful. She says still leaking. I went upstairs to see if any water and it was dry.
     I did advise her if Plumber can't find the source We would need to open all bath ceiling.  I shared with her she may need to find another place to live so we could tear out the whole ceiling .. This is for her own safety. I do not have any vacancies and would forgive her rent due so she may find another place to live. I went upstairs and looked in area where leak was previously all was dry.
    June 21, B7 (above Tenant) came to office reported he had notice damp carpet in bedroom by Shower wall. 
    June  22nd
    plumber, to both units .Plumber reported due to kids showering and playing spilling water on floor was the problem and the shower divertor should be re-set. B7 tenant said he would be more careful when kids shower. Told B7 Plumber would be there sometime Friday to reset shower diverter
    June 26
    Told Tenant I would come and look again I went at 3:30 and 4:00 with no answer.
    plumber repaired shower diverter in B7 he called and confirmed repaired at 6:30pm..

    I have a contractor that will paint her ceiling Wednesday the 28. Left her a phone message waiting for a response for contractor.
