    I am a current resident living In my apartment E229, Ive had a serious problem with the company as a whole in regards to negligence of *********************** maintenance, Ive had asked the Landlord Along with the Company too have the Washers and dryer for adequate repair fast because I cant wash my clothes, their is Approximately 8 washer and 3 dryers,3 out of the 8 washers are barely functioning and Im pretty sure are so outta date it isnt up to CODE with the city, Ive lived in this residential apartment for 1 whole year and it smells, for goodness sake 1 OF THE WASHERS IS BACKED UP, leaving a weird odor that lingers from the washer to my apt, it all around not a good sisutsiton and Ive been told by the Company and Landlord it would be repaired..yet no sufficent outcome. Its Sad I have to pay 25x 12=$300 a year just for 2 outta the 8 washers and barely functioning dryers, Im seeking that the company compensate me for the consist charge of the laundry fee and fix the WASHERS AND DRYERS SO TENTANTS CAN HAVE CLEAN CLOTHES . Ive uploaded where they claim its fixed but its isnt fixed

    I moved into Greenwest Apartments on Nov. 29. I took trips out of state Dec, Jan , Feb, and the middle off March. I returned each time to something odd in my apartment. Something pulling on the bedding when I was laying down, or sitting in my recliner in the living room watching TV and having a hand touching me from behind. When I know my back is against a wall. The attacks became so frequent that I purchased out of my own pocket surveillance cameras for the house. I didn't believe for one minute that the advertised on site cameras worked. I began reporting the activity to the police. Then the perpetrators escalated to almost 24/7 attacks. With the known fact that between Feb and March the tenants of B unit at this property had rotated. Meaning there were only 3 tenants on lease and the rest of the 8 rented as airbnbs. So the only person available and with access to commit thr felony assault would be the members of staff employed by ******'s Realty. To exasperated the crime the property manager in collusion in this crime falsely accused me of not completing the inspection and threatening to charge me for not doing it. All while overcharging me on electricity and wifi.
