  Price misleading. Talk to them on the phone about just $65 to run a pipe snake through my toilet, appointment booked with understanding that was the real price. No, actual charge was quoted as $283 by ******* who visited my home. Chose not to receive service through them because I do not feel comfortable with hidden charges being added. Will not be using this company, ended up calling someone else who is more honest.

  They said I needed a $3200 water hearer. Another plumber inspected water heater and said it was fine and if I wanted a new one it would abt $1100. Both my toilets were leaking. Robinson told me it would cost me $429 to replace fill valves and flappers. I went to sutherlands and bought the parts for $30 and a handyman installed both, cleaned toilets, fixed a hydrant and some other small tasks for a $100 bill! Robinson air and plumbing are crooks. They even had the gall to place a sign at the end of my driveway which is now in my dumpster. Sure hope some other unsuspecting potential customer reads this and refuses to do business with Robinson hvac and plumbing here in ****** **

  The service technician came out spent less than half-an-hour doing a preventative maintenance service on my system. He announced to me that my whole system needed to be replaced. He gave me three options though 1) good - minimal repairs approximately $300 2) better - some minor repairs for $1000 and 3) best repairs/replacement of my system starting at $3000. When I said I needed to think about it, he went to my attic, saying he wanted to check out the rest of my system. He came back with photos of ***** failing system. Saying I needed to make an immediate decision. I told him I would probably go with the best solution, but I needed to think about it.I decided to get a second opinionglad I did!!! For $800, I got my system completely restored and good as new.Watch out for Robinsons ********************************* its a lure to get into your house and trick you into buying a new system.

  I can Understand a service call price on a sunday but a 4x mark up on a 30 dollar capacitor , Which made it a 200.00 capacitor !!! Very poor buisness , and trhe worst part is the whole unit your company installed, way to stand by your unit and your work . Very poor buisness.

  *************,We installed that unit about 7 years ago, so the 1 year warranty had expired. As you can imagine it is very expensive for us to run a service van on a Sunday stocked with the part that you needed so we could get your system cooling that day. Most other HVAC companies are not available on the weekends because of the additional costs, but we do because that is what our customers want. I agree that it is expensive, but it is the lowest price we can charge and continue to serve our customers. We are constantly working on keeping our costs down as much as possible, but can only do so much.
