    We have had nothing but problems since the day this business was hired to repair the damage caused by hail. The shingles have kept peeling up and they have done nothing more than do a lousy job to fix it. We had a ridge vent ventilation system and although they were paid for this they installed cheap box vents. The house now is incredibly hot due to poor ventilation. Just a day ago we noticed that poorly installed roof is leaking and the attic has waterso now we are facing issues of mold. When gutters were installed damage was done to areas of house by installers. The entire roof needs replaced and not cheap attempts at poorly done patch jobs. I want a refund in its entirety so that I can hire a roofer that takes pride in their work to replace the roof this disaster of a business left on my house

    Sky Roofing has addressed and is continuing to address any issues with the consumer.  We were notified yesterday at 7:31 PM in reference to a possible roof leak and advised that we'll be out on Friday morning- afternoon to check things out.  No rain is in the forecast.  Leaks happen, not from poor workmanship, but there's many factors involved.  We are evaluating the concern tomorrow, less than 48 hours from the initial text from the consumer.  As far as other damages, our subcontractor apparently installed gutters with a few scratches.  We replaced the entire gutter system at our cost.  This is the second BBB complaint, negative reviews online and it's becoming slander and defamation.  We will continue to service any issues that arise; however, in the meantime I will be reaching out to my attorney to discuss taking legal action.  Please let me know if you need any further documentation from Sky Roofing LLC.  Thank you

    Complete disaster from beginning to end. None of the material they used was of the same quality as what was on house. Did box vents when house had ridge vents originally on it. *** chose the cheapest of the options although my house had the more expensive of the two. Singles keep lifting. They just keep trying to glue them down. Gutters were a complete mess and although they attempted to fix that problem it resulted in my house being damaged with placement of the second attempt at gutters.they left downspouts cut so long we cannot move our splash guards to mow. Damage was left to the trim of house. They use the poorest quality of both material and laborers leaving you praying for another hail storm to get everything replaced again by someone else who has more pride in their work. I will never hire this roofing company again. I just want the damage left to my house by their gutter contractors fixed!
