      Showed up to my appointment on time told me to come back in an hour. Returned and was told to reschedule. Reschedule to a different location the next day only to have one employee at the office. Taxes took three hours to do because the boss kept calling the employee, making her do things for him while she was trying to do my taxes. My taxes I thought were done wrong so I contacted the manager and scheduled a meeting with him. He did not show up after telling me he would be there. Was told to goto another location. Talk to a manager on the phone at the 3rd location who told me they couldnt do anything for me. Last time I use this business after using them for years.
