    We hired Cinderella Weddings on 03/29/21 for a courthouse elopement. We did not tell anyone but immediate family members that we were marrying. She offered to video the ceremony, but mentioned nothing about social media. Immediately following our wedding, we find that she has posted the videos of our very private vows, photos of our marriage certificate and signatures, and our full legal names (for anyone to ****** search and find). She changed the titles of some of the posts to say "Mr. and Mrs. ********** at our request; however, despite the title change, the descriptors still have our full legal names, and, thus, appear in search results. She also posted photos of our signed marriage certificate with our signatures on it. We have requested repeatedly for these videos to be taken down all together (via text, ******** comment, ******** messenger, and ****** reviews)-- she has received and ignored these requests, deleted our requests on social media, and blocked us. We began requesting she take these down following the wedding and she even reposted all of this in September of 2021. Beyond the fact that we did not consent and this was a private moment, I am a psychologist and have concerns related to privacy and safety given the populations with whom I work (as well as photos of my signature available on the internet). This situation appears unique to us; however, her recent ****** reviews suggest a long-standing pattern of concerning and unethical behavior. We have tried continuously to address this in the 12 months following in asking her to civilly take it down; however, it is two years later and we are still encountering issues in having this content removed (which is why this report was not placed sooner)
