    CRAPPY PICK RELIABILITY AND NO WAY TO GET A HOLD OF COMPANY ****

    We currently have Rodeo Disposal for our trash service. We Previously had Washita and without notice we were changed to Rodeo by the business. Ever since the change our trash is never picked up on the day it is supposed to be picked up. There has been SEVERAL times in the past 7 months since we've used them that we have gone 2 weeks without even getting our trash picked up until we call and call several times until they answer. Most of the time you can't even get them to answer and they never return voicemails. They have responded once to an email asking them if our trash can please be picked up after 2 weeks of no pick up. Being in the country we are limited on trash services, which is the ONLY reason we have stayed with them. I called Washita back asking if we can please have them pick up our trash again like they did before, they said they can't because it would cause "conflict in the family." Apparently Rodeo and Washita are a brother and son running different companies so they wont allow the customer to switch. We finally found another trash service to use around the same price and great reviews. I called Rodeo because here it is going on a week and a half with no trash pick up and they have never returned my call, even after leaving 2 voicemails. I tried emailing them to please pick up our trash can because we are switching to a new company and don't feel like I should be charged when our trash has not even been picked up and cant even get them to answer the email either. Our trash is currently over flowing and animals are getting in it and there's nothing we can do about it. We get our new trash can from the other business today and I am thankful. But still need Rodeo to pick up our trash can!! This company is awful and has no customer service at all. They do not ever answer the phone and even update customers on why the ********************** is not picked up. I would never ever recommend them to anyone and surprised they aren't shut down yet.
