I hired Josh to build a fence for me in January, and have had nothing but problems. The gate opener stopped working within days and he tried to blame it on me, saying I had to have damaged it somehow. I got him to finally send someone out and they discovered a bolt was loose on the opener. Within a few months, the weld on the gate broke, and there are places all throughout where the fence wasn't pulled tight. I reached out to see if he would honor his warranty, but he refused claiming that "I was supposed to paint the gate". He offered to look at the fence "for a fuel surcharge", but I've had enough interaction with him to understand it's better to just hire a reputable company instead.

      This is false.
We did a fence for **** in January. We returned on several occasions to fix his gate. The last time we returned he had forced it opened and stripped out the screws. He posted on google that it had just came undone. We welded the gate and he had no problems until apparently the weld broke.

When we were at his property I quoted him for painting his gate which he denied and said he would do it him self because they didn't know what color they wanted.

Fast forward and he contacts me 3 days ago asking about the gates. I simply asked him if he had painted his gates. I responded to his messages while I was on a conference call. Before I could hang up the phone and give him proper attention. He had began getting really upset and telling me to not worry about coming up there.

The gate was not under warranty due to owner neglect. The fence however was and I tried to inquire about it but he did not want to cooperate. He stated, "he should probably just cut his losses" again. Before I could even respond. My direct response after that as be my guest . I don't have to deal with rude or people who treat people badly.

I will be submitting lots of pics and videos of our work. No one should have to be treated with disrespect. Not even service providers.

Jan to September is not a few months ******. It's 9. And if it happened before that. The. Why wait so long.

It's to bad customers can't receive ratings as well because he would definitely get a 1 star to warn other contractors of his behavior.
