    I took my van to the shop to be repaired for over heating. I was told that they would call before they did any work and give me a price. He did not call then did the exact same work I had already paid to have done. He assured me it needed done again and would fix the problem. I paid and it overheated the next day! I took it back. I left if and when I went to get it He said its not overheat really . I said then why does the air conditioner stop working and why does the gage go down cooler when I drive. He said oh. Then when I get my van back my heater is broke now he wont return my calls or fix the problem he charged me a lot of money to not fix and just make it worse. I just want him to fix what he said he would and what he broke without charging me any more money. I also paid had him for a new thermostat just to be sure *****************************. Please help I would like to be able to drive my car

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I had to take it back the very next day because it clearly was not fixed and was overheating AGAIN!  And that time he said it wasnt overheating because he knew it was still broken and the gauge clearly was showing HOT and my air conditioner would not work while overheating .  So  it was still overheating so paid him to put in a new thermostat and then ever since I have no working heater in this cold cold cold weather and he never responded to my call to bring it back. 
    the work he charged me for at first was work I already had done! And it hadnt fixed the problem. He INSISTED it was gonna fix it this time but I had to show up the very next day with it over heating. He kept it several days and now my heater doesnt even work I dont think I should have to keep paying him for NOT fixing anything only breaking my heater now. So if he doesnt want to stand behind the work he did and fix it can he refund the fist amount and I will take it somewhere elsewhere.
