    02/21/2025 I purchased a battery for $209.28. it was bad. After being lied to and accused of doing something to the battery, I ended up getting the warranty to cover it and get a new battery. This time before I left I said I wanted to see a battery test done on it. Not one, not two, but three batteries later and they all said the same thing. ***********... ALL THE BATTERIES THEY HAD WERE BAD. So I was told to give them a week which I gave them two weeks because I had trouble getting up there. I had trouble getting to work cuz of not having my truck working. When I came back, again, all the batteries were saying the same thing again. I paid cash and here I am, a month later, waiting on some check to come in the mail. I've contacted the corporate office and twice I've been told they were gonna call me back and didn't. It was $209.28 for the battery and $22 core charge for my battery I didn't get back either and they're only trying to give me back $207.28. I'm so frustrated and this is the worst experience I've ever had.

    I had the opportunity to reach out to the leadership of that store and am responding on their behalf. It is to my understanding there was an error with accounting and the customer is being taken care of. We are considering this matter closed.
