    Awful! Just awful! Zero staff accountability. Undocumented falls, employees bring residents alcohol from outside of the facility. Admin is NEVER available. The front desk doesnt answer the phones. I have witnessed several of the employees sitting around the desk and they silence the ringer intentionally. Do not leave your loved one under the care of this substandard facility.

    Bad Food and the care that they give is horrible!! My sister has been sick for 4 weeks and after complaining still has not seen a real doctor!
