    The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The service was excellent and thats a rare find these days. The price was right.

    Hermans sent ******* and another man out the take a look at my pipes under my house and said the only issue was a P-Trap that wasn't plugged. The next day I found a broken pipe and sewage under my home. I drove to the office and asked to speak to a supervisor and his response was to give me my money back and never call them again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS

    Hermans plumbing sent David and an apprentice to my house in April. I had 3 tasks. Replace a faucet on my jetted tub. Then I needed my dishwasher moved back into the counter space a mere 1/2 inch and set in. Required to unattach and reattach. This is where David drops the 'F' bomb to apprentice in earshot of my 2 year old granddaughter. Not professional. The 3rd job was a drain in a tub was corroded away and needed some new drain pipe. This apparently was the hard job for them. I was charged $785.00 for these jobs. Do not hire these guys hourly, you will pay. But honestly, you can get a whole dishwasher installation for 140.00, faucet installed for 150.00 or less. That means Herman's plumbing charged 500.00 to fix my tub drain. This was a very disheartening situation. My faucet moves, dishwasher is set crooked, and the tub ended up with chip by drain. Please consider another plumber. I wish I had but I won't make the same mistake again.
