    On March 28, 2023, I ordered a $400+ dollar bouquet for a funeral being held on April 8. I spoke to the owner of the business I used this florist for a funeral and was incredibly disappointed. I was assured by the owner the $400 bouquet I bought would arrive AN HOUR before the funeral. The flowers arrived after the people did and members of the audience had the weird experience of watching the flowers get arranged. And the flowers, in my opinion, did not look anything like **************** I had specifically requested and sent a photo of as an example of what I had in mind and the wrong colored flowers. It took multiple calls just before the funeral was scheduled to begin to find out where the flowers, that were supposed to be there an hour early, were. I had told the owner of the shop that these flowers would be the primary flowers in the service and how they were the centerpiece. Not only did the flowers not show up until when the service was set to begin and until people were already seated, when I called the owner about it, she said it was a lie about having to make multiple calls minutes before the funeral started to find out where the heck the main flowers were. Aside from what, in my opinion, were sub-par flowers that look bouquet I had ordered (I had sent her the photo of the white flowers as an example of the lush flowers I wanted, but the skimpy, in my opinion, bouquet in the wrong colors (and please note the flower wreath depicted behind the bouquet I bought to surround the urn and the two baskets of white lilies were not part of what I ordered. These flowers were flowers we hustled up from around the church so as to not have to start the funeral with flowers at all. Luckily the church had some lilies and someone had brought a wreath of flowers that saved the day). Because the flowers were of low quality, were the wrong color, and because they arrived so extremely late, I am seeking a refund, which the owner will not give me. This is fair to ask for.
