    Triple diamond was an excellent company to work with and specifically **** who treated every meeting and communication with integrity, honestly, and personal excellence. From start to finish he and the staff treated all phases of our roof installation with great integrity and helped immensely with the insurance coordination. The quality of workmanship was top notch, met all current standards and customer service the same as well! I would highly Recommend Triple Diamond to anyone!

    **** at Triple Diamond Construction helped make the process of repairing storm damage and getting a new roof so much easier. It was great to have **** help me navigate the process and resolve any questions I had. I would recommend Triple Diamond to others for their home projects.

    I cannot recommend this company. Specific options were promised, but not delivered. They push through repairs; You pretty much get what they decide. Parts of my repairs were not completed to pre-storm quality. Even the smaller stuff was wrong; I had to install door weather stripping, repair an incorrectly installed doorknob, fix bungled garage door sensor, and complete gutter paint myself, all things included in their payment. They are well known by my insurance company and do not have a good reputation. Also, my insurance claim adjuster mentioned difficulties dealing with the company when working claim details. This will make your claim doubly hard. Just go find good vendors of the individual services yourself. You will have much less hassle. Thats what I should have done.

    They came to my neighborhood and went to each house to do a free roof inspection. They acted like there was a big problem with our roof and needed to get a new one. They had an adjuster come out and look at the roof and he said that a new roof was not needed at this time. This company is just a rip-off. I am not even sure if the photos they showed me were even actually of my roof.
