      This company was recommended by ** as a reputable company to service my refrigerator which has a 5 year warranty on the compressor. *** came out the first time 08/02/22 and told me the freezer fan had gone out, and it wasn't under warranty. He replaced the fan and charged me $169.00 for the repair, which made no difference in the freezer not getting cold enough. I called him back and told him there was no change in the operation of the freezer. He came back out 09/01/22 and told me the fridge was low on freon and charged me another $150.00 to charge it up, which made no difference. When I called him back, he told me it was probably the compressor, which is under warranty. He scheduled a repair visit for a few days later and never showed up. I kept calling him back for the next 3 weeks and he would promise a day and time he would return, but he never has. I do not want to call him back again because he will just lie to me again. I've included copies of the invoice charges that I paid in cash. I would like a complete refund of all repairs he has billed me for that didn't fix my problem. I think he takes advantage of senior citizens.
