    The inspector came in with heavy smoke smell on his person which made me go into an allergic reaction. I carry an emergency pack for such instances or else i would have had to go to the ER. He also seemed to be under the influence of something and had reported he had come from a dental surgery. He kept calling the water heater the hvac unit and knocked over personal items in the garage trying to use my personal ladder instead of just pulling down the attic ladder to access the attic. He took the air sample for mold with the front door open and the ceiling fan on in the room he was sampling. He didnt disclose any moisture readings, recommendations, or anything disclosed in the video on their website. The mold remediation company said just from his smoke on his clothing and the ceiling fan the results will be highly inaccurate that i paid for because both would contaminate the sample. I did not receive any of the services advertised and he did not share any information about his opinion or findings whatsoever. I had a long conversation with the manager of this inspector and he was in complete agreement with me. I have asked for a refund but no one from the company is responding to me or getting back to me on my request. This whole situation was not professional and highly inappropriate. I feel like this is a fake company. i only utilized this company based on reviews but if i would have paid more attention they are from 6 years ago. I tried to research a good company but i definitely got swindled by this service. The manager reported that this inspector was the only one in the area and he had no options to send anyone else. The manager is located out of salt lake city, ut and there is no overhead to monitor this inspector here. The website states they are based out of Chicago, IL but when i have tried to search reviews about them in that area i can not find anything about them.
