    He was paid in full for the work he did, but he didn't pay the subcontractors. Now I'm getting sued by the subcontractor that he didn't pay and there is a lein on my home.

    Agree ****% with the reviews listed here. I started a contract with this man in October 2022 and paid as work was completed. However, work stopped months ago and I cannot get him to return my calls or messages. I am now using an attorney to pursue him...both to get my money back and to get the contract terminated so that I can move forward with another builder. He is a dishonest person with no ability to run an actual business. DO NOT USE OKC POOL SERVICES.

    Do not give this man money for products because he has stole my familys money and promised to buy a pool liner for three months. My family was told for three months straight that he ordered the liner after they paid him cash at the store to order it. Then after three months he stopped answering his text and phone calls and then by accident he text them but thought he was texting a guy named ****. **** is in the same situation trying to get his money or his liner, so apparently he takes peoples money and gives nothing for it. We now have an attorney and we are going to put signs up all across ***** ********. We will make sure nobody uses this guy ever again because all he does is scam people. This information was confirmed by superior pools they say a lot of customers come in looking for this guy because he takes the money and runs.

    Uncomplete work - no communication - shoddy work - buyer beware! Negative FB posts are deleted and the people are blocked. Cary wants to make himself look great instead of standing up and correcting issues.

    A large deposit was given to ***** on April 29, 2023 for an in-ground pool installation. Unfortunately due to the easement on our property (very small back yard). we were unable to install the pool. ***** said he would return our deposit. On May 19, 2023 he returned our deposit. Problem is the check was returned due to insufficient funds. He keeps saying he will get ** a cashiers check but as of this date, June 11, 2023 our deposit has not been returned. Hopefully this will prevent this from happening to anyone else. My husband is a ******* veteran and disabled. Nice way to treat our veterans!!
