  Polton Tax didnt do a good job reviewing their policiy with us. So they kept well over 3/4 of what we paid them. They did not explain what the abbreviations were in their policy. From the begining we told them of a problem we might have by doing our taxes. They assured us that they could still do them. So fast foward to 8 months later they informed us that they couldnt do it because of the very reason we told them about. With out any help of what to do next, no tips, no recomendations they kept what they felt was nessary for " research and analysis". We were patient the entire time, even tho to get into contact with them we had to put the effort in. Alot of the time calls and emails were not replied to. Even while placing this reveiw right now I have still not received any refund what so ever. But after asking multiple different times they finally told me how moch I am getting back. So now I have lost eight months of actually getting results. I have to competely start over and I didnt even get a full refund.

  It's been at least 10 yrs since we first consulted with Polston. At that time the lady told us we may have to only pay 500 dollars, now after all this time and then telling us every year not to pay our taxes we owe the *** ****** and have a lien on our property, all the thousands of money Polston has taken, could have been paid to the ***. After a triple bypass from stress, I'm so DISGUSTED!!

  **** has been more than amazing to work with. He always helps me and explains every single thing and makes sure I understand what is going on. He responds to all my calls and emails in an extreme prompt manner. He is the reason I have stayed with Polston. I can ask him anything, regardless if he doesnt know, he finds out for me, same day.

  In 2022, my elderly mother fell victim to a scam, resulting in a devastating financial loss.   I hired Polston Tax Resolution because they promised to resolve my tax situation quickly and save me money. Neither happened. It took them nearly 3 months to finalize what they claimed would be a fast resolution. In the end, I didnt save a dime, exactly what I owed going in is what I ended up paying. Their delays cost me time and added stress with no financial benefit. If you're expecting efficiency or real tax relief, Id look elsewhere. All talk, no results.

  Taxes are easy until we scale out of working a W2. Over the past few years Ive been working towards advancing myself and my ability to earn wealth. In doing so taxes have become complicated. Ive worked with over tax professionals the past few years and have hated it because of the complications or lack of communication. With Polston this year I work with ***** *******. His professionalism and communication has made taxes easier and less stressful. He was thorough and attentive. Having more to file means it wasnt as fast or simply as a TurboTax or H&R Block with one W2, but him and the team working with him made it feel that way on my end. I work multiple jobs and have various assets/investments. Anyone looking for professional help as they advance through life should use Polston. I very grateful to ***** for all of his help this year.

  Their customer service up to the time that they collected my money was impeccable. Once they got my payment, the accomplished nothing. They take your money and brush you off. Horrible experience.

  Bunch of crooks. Took over $3,500 from me and did nothing to resolve my tax situation. In fact after setting up a meeting with the *** the worker for polston MISSED the meeting ( That I didn't know about. ) I was passed around to several different workers, at least 5 and nothing was resolved. I wished I had gone to a legit Tax Attorney not this bunch of shysters.

  I cant say enough good things about Polsten Tax. From April 2022 to December 2024, they helped me confront and resolve a massive tax debt that weighed me down for nearly a decade.
