      I reserved a birthday party for my kid (***********************) on the company's website on May 4th (Saturday). They gave me a total and wanted me to pay a deposit for the reservation. I paid the deposit and then they gave me a new total, which was over $100 more then the original price. I went to contact the company through the online help and was told to call the company's number and they will assist me. I tried calling on the following Monday and was told to contact the store. I spent a few days calling over a dozen times before finally getting ahold of the staff to which I was told manager would call me. The managers never returned my phone calls. I contacted their corporate and they refused to help or refund me and said it is up to the local store to do that. they also said they would email the store to contact me and still have not heard anything from them. They have been refusing yo help me and making it difficult to get my money back, after deciding to cancel on the transaction that they changed after I made a deposit.

      My family attended urban air on 4/28/23. This was the first time we have visited any urban air facility. It was total chaos from the beginning. There isnt a clear process on how to enter and purchase tickets and sign waivers. The activities were not supervised in a manner that would prevent accident/injury. The establishment was overrun with unsupervised adolescents/teenagers creating an unsafe environment for younger visitors. Some areas were over crowded and dangerous. In my observation the younger staff members are inattentive and not properly trained and do not assert any authority towards younger teenagers contributing to the unsafe environment. Multiple trampolines are not working due to damage and are roped off. The volcano slide is broken on both sides encouraging kids to climb up the slide potentially creating a fall hazard. The rope climbing course has several leads that get stuck causing children to get stuck on the course and employees were not actively watching the course.

      It is not possible to cancel membership for this. In their membership agreement it states you can cancel at any time after the initial 12 months on their membership website. There is no place to do this. Signed up for membership in 2021 and there is no way to cancel. I am not the only one having this issue as seen by doing research online. Making a complaint seems to be the only resolution - this needs to be stopped."After your 12-month Initial Term, you may cancel your membership at any time online at www.urbanairmembership.com. Memberships may not be cancelled by telephone, mail, email, or by fax and may only be cancelled as described in this section. Your cancellation request will be effective 10 days after it is received"

      Hello,I have been trying to cancel my membership for weeks. I called the local park (*****, **) where I have my memberships and they told me I can only cancel online. There is no way to do it online. When I click the link to cancel it takes me to the home page every single time. *** tried to do that multiple times I called back and told them this and they gave me the corporate number and told me the only way to cancel was to call that number. Every time I call that number I am left on hold until a recording comes on and says were sorry we are unable to help you at this time. I have filled out their online contact me formno response. I have sent emailsno response. In the meantime my debit card keeps getting charged. Not only is it past the 12 months of my original agreement, we moved 50 miles away from the park in August of last year. I have fulfilled my end of the membership agreement and then some. Can someone please help me cancel this membership and stop taking payments from my card?

      I know everyone has said this already, but this company will make it almost impossible for you to cancel your membership. I have sent them mutliple emails in the past and they REFUSE to cancel your membership after your contract is up unless you pay the 12-month bills FIRST. This was months ago. I have been trying to contact them to finally cancel my membership and I am not getting any responses to emails even though I get an automatic reply saying someone will be in contact within the next 72 hours. This is a lie. They also never pick up the phone calls. If you visit the actual businiess, the staff there are young people that do not know what to do when it comes to cancelling an account. One thing that is extremely shady is the company does not have any way of canceling your membership on their website. They are doing everything in their power for you to pay them.
