    C4 Excavation was contracted by **** to bore out for fiber optics in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, their first attempt hit my main waterline. There was no notification or follow-up from the companythey simply buried it and left. The next day, I noticed water flowing down the street. I located the crew working on a nearby house. When I alerted the worker, he claimed it was already 'leaking' and dismissed any responsibility. He also told me that they usually take photos of job site issues but hadnt in this case. This all happened just before Christmas, and the companys solution was to shut off my water. Eventually, I had to hire a third party to resolve the situation. Please be cautious when considering this company. I'm not sure if they lack insurance or just don't care about doing the right thing, but this experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
