      I have two things thru Western Finance in ********* Ok, one is a loan, and the other is a Product, and I have paid one and i have told them that I just had surgery on my hip, and I will be out of work for a few weeks until my doctor releases me to go back and they have been harassing me with phone calls and text messages and I have been civil with them and told them this information a head of time i am trying to keep them posted the best i can

      I'm asking to be treated with respect and honestly as the flyer stated, I received in mail with the live check. Also to reflect that I report to the Mgt. (*******) about my loan and ask why I haven't heard anything back yet, and the Mgt said (*******) she couldn't find my loan or my paperwork or the account and ask me to go by my bank to get a copy of the live check. because she could not locate the loan paperwork and account number. This was in August 2024 The Mgt.(*******) said she was doing a new loan paperwork and account # because she couldn't locate the loan folder or account number.The Mgt. (*******) shared with me the new building address on **** blv.Once I got over their she beginning doing new loan paperwork.And I share with her Mgt (*******) that I will be paying the loan off earlier.She said that's fine and I wouldn't have to pay the interest of the loan because I was paying off the loan early But later on after receiving the payments she started to change her mind saying she can't change the interest amount for some reason ?? I have Attached all the mailing documents i got in the mail with the live check.

      I had someone show up at my home is June ********************************************************************** I informed them the check they presented was not signed, nor cashed, by me. They basically called me a liar. I then filed a police report. The police stated they went and spoke to someone at the business who stated someone had since come in and paid the loan. Again, not me. The police stated since the amount(approx $750) had been paid there was not much they could do. On 12/19/23 someone from said business showed up at my home and told me that I owed them interest on the loan. They claimed to have called and mailed me information(I have received neither). I, again, explained to them that I never took out a loan with them and was a victim of stolen mail. They continued to harras me and I I finally asked them to leave my property. They also threatened to report me to the credit bureau.This business is unsavory and their bullying tactics against a victim of theft are ridiculous. I want them to leave me alone and never bother me again.

      I obtained a short term loan with the business in question. Western-Shamrock Tulsa branch on Harvard. I am a 100% disabled vet and due to economic strains and circumstances I have communicated on multiple occasions to the branch manager about my situation and inability to arrange any type of payment and would like to schedule something out to come current on my loan payments.

      I have been continually harrased by multiple phone calls a day and Tracy (the branch manager) coming to my house at 7 p.m. on multiple occasions now. I have asked her numerous times to not show up at my house or job and that I currently have no money to pay her. I have been in contact and feel there is no need for the constant invasion of my privacy. She explained she will come to my house everyday. I hope that she is informed it is a private residence in a neighborhood where the HOA has restricted solicitation. Please help me with this situation until I can get payment arranged with a different branch manager.
