    I took my son for a check up in July 2022. I informed Dr. ***** that my son has a knot, lump, etc on his neck. He said he would get him referred for an ultrasound. I informed him where I wanted the referral to go. I suspect what it is and it is something I deal with for my health as well. I start calling Oklahoma Arthritis Center to see if it has been sent. They had a backlog. I wait patiently until she has completed all referrals for her to tell me she still doesn't have one. I teach and finally get a day to call during my time. The lady over the referrals claims it was done. Instead of letting me explain she either tries to interrupt me as I speak or she just gets quiet and holds the phone. She said she would investigate because the nurse and doctor "weren't in". I have not received a phone call or help about my son's neck an we are going on 6 MONTHS of only me trying to contact this office on 20 minute teacher breaks. This is a matter of my son's health but as long as this company can bill Soonercare they don't seem to be worried about his health!! This is unacceptable and need help getting my son a referral for his enlarged neck to the Oklahoma Arthritis Center in Tulss. There is a pediatric doctor there that will see my son and run all necessary tests. 6 months and his neck is getting larger...please help me get help for my minor son.

    The patient was seen in our office recommendation was made by the physician... I did talk to mom twice and I let her know that the recommendation was made and testing should have been completed and if a referral was needed then it would be sent to the proper place. That is protocol. There is criteria per insurance that has to be met to make a referral. I have also called where she requested and they told me they did not see children.

    I'm not sure why she has turned to BBB.

    I go to the Oklahoma Arthritis Center. I was just in and there is a doctor who sees adolescents. She says she is not sure why I turned to BBB. Because I am tired of waiting for my son to be seen. Over 6 months and yet there is nothing being done. She called twice in the same day to let me know Dr. Mundy AND the nurse were not in and she would get with the doctor. However I still have not heard anything from this lady. I see he is not important as a patient to this company unless we come in only for a checkup to bill Soonercare. Anything other get discarded, lost, or they act oblivious as soon as BBB send the complaint. And still the job is not finished.
