      no work completed. put a deposit on it back in 8/17/24 and now I cannot reach them website is down

      *** ****** sold me a shop for $27,000 to be build in the middle of November 2024. I paid him half the cost of the shop back in September 25th, 2024 and now he can't be reach and both his business are permanently closed.

      I got a work shop from them and it's still under warranty for 2 more years but can't get ahold of them to fix my door

      On September ******* I put a down payment on a structure to be built on my property. On October 14th we were told ( by the owner *** ******) they would be in touch with us on October 19th or 20th to give us a start date, as we had all our dirt work and waiting for them. The company didn't get back to us and did not return calls we called the secretary of the company on October 22, 2024, she said she no longer worked for Amazing Structures/Amazing Moves 24/7 and we needed to call ******* she gave us the number *************) ******* was a lawyer and told us he was filing bankruptcy for the company. We have tried to contact the company to get a refund for our $42,000. They took our moneyon 9-11-2024, last contact with the owner was 10-14-2024, and then filed bankruptcy 4 weeks later. They had to know about the bankruptcy when they took our money.

      On July 30th of 2024 I made a down payment to Amazing Structures 24/7 of $14,505 ,for a post frame building. I was promised 6 to 8 weeks for construction, after this time I spoke with the owner, *** ******, and he said they were a couple weeks behind so I waited, tried to contact him multiple times with no response, he finally answered my call and said he would give me a construction date,after 3 hours he called back set build date for October 18 of course he was a no show,I tried to call..no answer, texted no response now my text were not going thru, found out thru some ******** investigation that he filed for bankruptcy on the 11th of October the same day he set up my build and also found a group that he has also scammed for thousands of dollars

      *** *******/Amazing Structures 24/7 was to complete our barndominium. In April 2024 he requested us to wire $5,000 due to our need to change a few items. That was sent. He sent us over a quote with the amount and we agreed. He stated that he will send the actual contract over soon, but to get on the schedule and decrease delays he wanted 50% of the build. $85,958 was sent to him June 13, 2024. As of today we found out he will be filing for bankruptcy when just 5 days ago he reassured us there was just a few delays in material.

      Amazing Structures was set to build our shop. We wired them money and then found out a month later they went bankrupt and closed their business. Now we are out our money.

      Contract signed with Amazing Structures 24/7 on August 21, 2024. Required deposit wire transfer sent in the amount of $22232. Build by the contract was supposed to commence in 6-8 weeks. We only found out today that the business declared bankruptcy and are trying to determine next steps to recoup any of our money that was given for a good/service that was never rendered. This is a large sum of money for us and we are unsure how we can move forward from this. We have also already paid for the building pad to be put in. The man running the company advertised multiple sales over the last few months and knowingly took deposits on buildings he was aware he would never build.

      Amazing structures were contracted to build a shop for us. They needed us to give them 50% of the money down to purchase the materials to complete the job. That amount was $40,727.84. They showed up in the beginning October and poured the concrete and put up some boards and said they would be returning to finish the job in a week. We had to give them &********* once the concrete was poured. We received a call today telling us they will be filing bankruptcy. We need the job to be finished or our money back.
