4/28/2025, rent one came to door a week ago for payment of 182$ today 4/28/2025 they took 445$ off of my husbands card. A card they should not even have on file I already had an issue when they delivered my fridge, it wasnt the correct fridge I had ordered. And when they did finally deliver it they scratched up my door jam and dented my car. It took them 3 months to settle that. They took 445$ out my husbands account without his consent and I need it returned as that was my rent money.

The processed amount matched the balance due at that time. The account was 55 days past due, and the client is enrolled in AutoPay. The client agreed to a payment for any damage done. See attached

I am rejecting this response because:   Them damaging my car has nothing to do with them charging a card that they should not have on file to begin with. When I used that card to make a payment I told them that, that specific card was to be used as a one time payment and not kept on file as it was not my card.
