    The service provided was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The staff member was discourteous and uncooperative towards my son, who was dealing with a difficult situation after being involved in an accident while out of state. They made it unnecessarily challenging to retrieve sentimental items belonging to a deceased parent. Furthermore, a second staff member exhibited unprofessional behavior by abruptly ending the conversation and raising their voice in an aggressive manner. It appears that the company has a contract with the city, which may be the reason of lack of customer service.

    Morgan's Towing took over Bob Gilberts towing in Coweta and I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. My husband called them last night and set up a tow to be done today at noon. Almost 8 hrs later the tow gets here and they have charged more than they quoted and the lady told me that there was nothing they could do because she didn't see any notes where they quoted my husband. She said if we didn't pay they were going to take my tow to the tow yard until it was paid. This was the worst tow service ever. The driver told us they told him it was a new call and routed him all over the place. Again save yourself some time and money and call another tow yard. This one will give you the run around and deliver your vehicle hours later. NEVER USING MORGANS TOWING AGAIN. We called them since noon to see where their driver was to be told several lies.

    They need to not expect other services if they have a contract with OCPD and they are top priority. Left me hanging for four hours just for a 1 minute unlock service.

    I was told that a tow truck would be there to pick up my vehicle and two hours later, it still didn’t arrive.

    I think the people at the * ******** Tulsa location are rude and extremely incompetent....because of their incompetence and laziness my car is still there because despite doing what THEY told me to do I still have not been granted access to my vehicle. So it's racking up fees daily.
