    I dropped 11 dress shirts off to have them dry cleaned. When I came to pick them up, i paid and then as i was picking the shirts up to walk out i noticed there were only 10. The lady working there noticed I was counting them and told me there were only 10 shirts. I explained I counted them before I came in and the man working there counted them in front of me and that he had put 11 shirts on the pickup order. She argued with me and said not only was I wrong but the person that worked there was also wrong. while she is arguing with me I'm looking at the shirts and notice that one of the white shirts has black stains all over the collar and the back of the shirt. I pull all the shirts out of the plastic and they are all wrinkled and creased, they are discolored and stained and have what looks to be dog hair all over them. I point this out to her and she said, "no we didnt do that you brought them in that way." I explained I work in a corporate environment and these are my work attire and none of them were stained. She said that she was requesting a "rewash". I asked "rewash"?? #1 they were supposed to be washed they were supposed to be dry cleaned, #2 if they didnt stain them why was she offering to rewash them. She said because theyre stained. i said i know they are stained and I know they stained them. she said well im requesting a rewash. i said no, you already ruined them I want my money back because not only did you not do what i asked but you lost 1 shirt and ruined the rest. I explained that I wanted the money back that I paid for the non service and I wanted to be compensated for the shirts they ruined as well as the one they lost. she refused and told me I was getting my money back. I started recording the conversation and the shirts and she threatened to call the police and i asked to please do so and I will wait on them to get there. then she refused to call them and walked to the back of the store. I paid ***** for the service and the shirts were an average of $68 per shirt =$791.52
