    I HAD A NEW LAWN INSTALLED ON MARCH 10 2025 BY ******;S LAWN AND LANDSCAPE. SINCE THE INSTALLATION THERE HAVE BEEN MANY DEAD SPOTS WHICH I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE REPAIRED. MR. ****** HAS COME OUT AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD RETURN AND TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. SINCE THEN, I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY AND KEEP GETTING A RECORDING TO LEAVE NAME AND PHONE NUMBER AND THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME BY THE END OF THE DAY. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED AS OF 20 MAY 2025. I VISITED ******'S LAWN AND LANDSCAPE LAST WEEK AND SPOKE TO MR. ******. HE INDICATED THAT HE WOULD BE OUT THIS WEEK TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM. I HAVE SENT HIM TWO MESSAGES TO ASK FOR JUST 5 MINUTES FOR HIM TO COME BY. I PAID OVER $4,000.00 TO HAVE THE YARD INSTALLED. I JUST WANT HIM TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take all customer feedback seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to the concerns raised regarding the recent sod installation.


    We understand Mr. ******’ dissatisfaction with the condition of the sod following installation. As with all of our landscaping services, we strive to deliver quality results and provide clear communication regarding expectations and maintenance responsibilities.


    It’s important to clarify that our company does not offer a warranty for sod installation (As stated on our legal page). Sod is a living product that requires proper and consistent care to thrive after installation, including adequate watering—particularly in the critical weeks immediately following placement. Unfortunately, in this case, we understand that the property does not have an automatic irrigation system. Without such a system it is difficult for newly installed sod to establish properly, especially during periods of heat.


    We regret that Mr. ****** is not satisfied with the outcome, but we respectfully maintain that the lack of an automatic irrigation system contributed significantly to the condition of the sod post-installation. We provided the service as agreed and followed industry-standard practices for installation.


    If Mr. ****** would like assistance or recommendations on maintaining or improving the condition of his lawn going forward, we would be happy to offer guidance as a courtesy.

    I am rejecting this response because:it was said I do not have an automatic water system, I do have an in ground watering system but I have to turn it on each time I water.  I have been watering at least once a day since the yard was installed.  All I would like now is to have my calls returned and my text answered.  Larson indicated he would be happy to advise what my next step would be but I am not able to have them return my calls.  I also believe I have a lawn service with them that I want cancelled.
