    So I used them for two years, they got mad I left them, charged me for removing bait stations, i refuse to pay because they never picked up the bait stations. They keep billing me and adding 1.5 percent to it. This is a bill to remove bait stations. I'm not paying them for saying they will do something and not. Both properties still have said bait stations.

    Customer hired ********************** LLC for termite bait station services. On 06/13/2023 the customer cancelled services and was notified that Hobbs Pest Control would need to pick up all of our equipment at the customers property. Customer was notified on 06/19/2023 that ********************** would be at his property on 06/20/2023 to pick up all property that belongs to Hobbs Pest Control which was termite bait stations.  Upon Hobbs Pest Control's arrival to the property to retrieve said property the customer had the gates locked and was not present to allow ************** to retrieve the property.  Hobbs Pest Control charges a $75.00 trip fee to cover the cost of fuel and employee pay.  Hobbs Pest Control was not able to retrieve all of our property and has attempted to contact the customer multiple times on this matter by email and phone.  Hobbs Pest Control did not charge the customer for the property that we were unable to retrieve. Hobbs Pest Control has a lengthy log on failed contact attempts to the customer. Attached is the log through our scheduling system showing that Hobbs Pest Control notified the customer of the appointment to pick up all equipment. Hobbs Pest Control would like to resolve this issue and allow the customer to either bring the rest of the property to us or allow us on the property and unlock the gates to retrieve the property.
