    ************* originally came out and wrongfully diagnosed my leak which incurred further damage over several months, almost an insurance claim. i was vigilant with the leak and the weather warmed up so i called him again. He charged me the first time and only moved my sewage hoses around saying it was backed up when it was clearly clean water and a leak. The second visit he didnt replace and install the correct clamp and Ive documented it with pictures of our text conversations. He hadnt contacted me in over a month and I made contact again. He responded with a thumbs up. Almost a week later I contacted him again and he said he was going to check the schedule and never responded. Two days after that he didnt respond once again. Another four days later I contacted him and threatened to involve the BBB and give him poor business ratings over being an unacceptable business. He instantly replied with more excuses. I paid this business twice for the same job to only be left with an incomplete job missing the main component required to ensure the leak was repaired. The underbelly of my rv has been exposed to elements, animals and insects due to his unreliable duct tape to secure it. He didnt use the necessary patching equipment or matching foam. I no longer trust this business and will incur yet another bill but this time from a different rv tech. I need a refund for services not complete nor ever actually rendered. Thank you.

    I appreciate the BBBs timely assistance and upon advising ************** on my filing of the complaint, he did immediately respond with a resolution to repair his poorly done work along with finish it. I no longer need a refund at this time as I believe **************, although combative and argumentative over text, did show up and resolve the issue with his work. I DO NOT want to suggest his company or rate it as anything positive. Id like any information taken from my complaint allowed to be used to aid in other RV owners search for reliable, dependable and professional assistance. Maverick Mobile RV is unquestionably 1/10 recommendations, 1/5 stars and a business to avoid. Thank you again for your response and action in regarding my troubles. Grateful for the BBB and keep up the great work!
