      I placed 2 separate orders in late 2023, sent the 2 checks and they were cashed pretty fast. I haven’t received either order and have tried to contact them by phone, email and recently a handwritten letter with copies of the cashed checks asking for a refund or the items ordered but received no replies. They are known for taking months to fill orders so I waited but now it’s been over 12 months and I believe they are running a scam now.
      The first check was cashed by them on 11/28/23 for $44.75 and the second check was cashed on 12/13/23 for $120.75 for a total of $165.50

      I placed an order with Tyler Mfg on 1/19/2024, sent a personal check ( as stated as a form of payment on their website), and mailed to the address given on the website. I waited several weeks, actually over a month and called Tyler Mfg. The only communication is to leave a voice message. I continued to do this, several times, with no response from this company. I checked my checking/ bank account and saw that my check had been cashed by Tyler Mfg. Hence, I am looking to you for some fairness and help to remedy this situation. .

      Buyers are urged to avoid this seller / website at all costs. Ordered a set of bronze T grips from the website. Placed a check with **** mail to the manufacturer/ business on 6 May 2022. I know he has a lead time so I messaged him to check on 23 Nov 2022, no response. It is now 2024. I emailed, called and text the contact info on the site on 29 April 2024. Again no response. The **** money order was sent requiring signature. The check had been cashed back in May 2022. *** received no correspondence or merchandise. Again avoid them.

      Ordered a set of grips for my J frame. Just like others on here, my check was cashed and never received my order. I believe its a scam. They will not return my calls or emails.

      On October 19, 2023 I ordered 2 t -grip adapters # 5 s for **** Detective Spl. revolvers.I sent a check for $80.75, The check was cased/ withdrawn from my bank account 10/26/*********** in January of 2024 I have tried to contact them to see what is going on, Voice mail, E -mail, a letter . I've had no response. I'd like the grip adapters but if that is impossible a refund.

      Placed an order for a #8 brushed aluminum tgrip on 7/18/23. Check was cashed one week later. ***** was supposed to arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. Tried contacting the company in December 23. Voicemail box was full for the next 2 months. Emailed, texted, and was finally able to leave several voicemails demanding either what I ordered or a refund ($48,75). Still received no response.

      I ordered merchandise from Tyler on aug 23 and aug 30 2023. My checks were cashed I have the copies. I have not heard one word from this company. I have triedTXT. Email and calling. Not one response. I have asked for a refund multiple times.

      I sent them a check for $78.75 on April 11th. They cashed the check and never sent the trigger shoes I ordered. They don't answer the phone or send email responses. I notice their website is finally down, which a good thing as they have been stealing from others (if I'm to believe the other complaints here). It is hard to believe they have been in business for 23 years by cashing checks and not producing any products.
