    Derek and Savanna just finished our retirement house after the first of year and they did an outstanding job. I have pictures of the whole process of what great job they did. Everyone that I have brought in has commented on good it is. They been so willing to help me in anyway they can. Thanks again for making our dreams come true. Scott and Tracey

    We are very disappointed in the quality of their work, professionalism, moral and work ethic, timelines and communication. Every concern of ours was met with irritation, anger or subtle threats to take even longer. Their plumber messed up so bad that it affected the rest of our sq footage in our bedrooms to the point of not even being able to have a closet in one. There is stain all over the house from the floors including tile, bathtub, doors and frames. There are pools of sealant everywhere for a very unfinished look on "completed" floors. Our home was often left unsecured and we had to drive out to the site to check on it often. We had landscaping rocks that were no where near the building come up missing and it was obvious that a skid steer went in a removed it. When we approached them with concerns, we were met with gaslighting and *****'s temper threatening to take another 3 months on top of the already 3 month overage. We made several allowances for little mistakes that we felt we could live with and the ones we couldn't, they didn't want to fix unless they charged us more and took even longer to complete the job. Overall, this has been an awful experience that should have been an exciting time for us while building our retirement home with our life-savings. I wish I could post pictures here like to back up our reviews because they speak volumes to the quality of their work.

    ****, the home was not completed we were only 7 months in to being almost finished with the home. You have not complained one time until the stop and desist order was sent. You are trying to get out of the last payment because you think you can do the rest yourself. You will be hearing for our attorney. You are thieves and liars. Keeping tools and telling stories of an unfinished home. No body else would or could build a home within 7 months. There was never a completion date on the contract. we told you it would take around a year. We broke ground in June of 2023.

    Outstanding experience. From meeting the owners for the evaluation of the job to the quote and the completion of the job. Everyone was very professional. The job was started and completed in the time frame discussed. The workers were quick and efficient. They also left the area very neat and cleaned up. Will recommend The Berrys Custom Building to others
