      To put this as short as possible, I sent a machine for repairs to this company because it was suggested to me by my machines manufacturer. I sent the machine for repairs and expected a labor charge because parts were still covered within warranty. I dropped off and was told I would get a callback with updates. Two days passed and I had not heard from them so I called and asked for an update and was told no update yet, so when I asked to be informed of any billing BEFORE work was done so I could accept or decline they agreed to call me back with info. A week or so passed and I finally get a call telling me work is done and it is over $400 for said repairs.. This machine is only worth $250 NEW at the store. I have original receipts where I purchased. Since I am declining the costs they said the machine was already repaired and now I cannot get my machine back unless I pay,.. I will not pay more than what this machine is worth NEW.. based of their ****** and Yelp reviews I am not the only one they have done this too. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.. THIS HAPPENS WHEN TRYING TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES.
