    Our experience w/**** began in ****. **** us a quote & explained his pricing ******************* which he later, after receiving our deposit, refused to honor. He did not like that we challenged him & the dynamic of our relationship changed completely. Installation had numerous issues: Heads were not positioned for accurate coverage, requiring adjustments on multiple occasions, some too high, some too low, program needed adjusting, 1 head was leaking, 1 was cracked, 1 wouldn't turn & 1 was placed in the neighbor's lawn. Waited weeks for drips lines to be installed. Crew was to lay the drip lines, adjust the head heights & check coverage, & explain the system & answer any questions. This took them all day, after leaving the job 2X. **** called them & told them to leave because of the time it was taking. They told us that time didn't matter as they were paid by the hour. They did not accomplish what they were supposed to. **** blamed us, saying that we took too much of their time with our 4 questions. We informed him that they didn't complete the tasks & the lines were not placed correctly for accurate coverage. We also informed him that we found the cracked & leaking heads. He told us that he had been out too many times & would charge a service call to come out. After we pushed back, he agreed to come out 1 LAST time. He has never showed up. Last heard from him on 8.****. We spent a lot of time speaking to other vendors & supply companies, explaining our dilemma & doing hours of research. They were kind enough to give us some ********************* We had to remove all the drip lines & reconfigure (this alone took us at least 5 days), replace the cracked head & fix the leak. We are asking for $**** in compensation for our time. We are attaching photos and quotes from 2 vendors for correcting the height issues & replacing the head in the neighbor's yard. Both vendors thought the repairs would take about 3 hours.

    The statement is unfortunately unaccurate, we provided at estimate on 3/02/22 the work was completed on 3/18/22. The customer wanted to hold off on the final part of the install. They were wanting flowerbeds wrapped around the house, they took until June to finish their project. At that moment we are in our busy season, I informed the home owner. We have a schedule and can work them in. I sent my guys over to install the drip and adjust any heads need be. I was informed the homeowner would not go in side and allow my workers to work. Instead he followed them around and talked the whole time. We completed the project and he payed the final amount, the homeowner contacted me again saying a few heads need adjusted in his opinion. I said I can come by and take care of it once I have time, I contacted him to say I was heading his way. He informed me he had a doctors appointment and he would call back to reschedule. At that point I never heard back, I have worked in the same neighborhood and his yard looks the best. Also no work has been done on my system, we are not providing a refund. If they want anything changed it is their responsibility. If BBB send me any more threats and notices I will have my lawyer, involved for harassment.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I spoke to ******* on 2 occasions yesterday.  We are not satisfied in any way with the business's response.
    If we have any other recourse, let ** know. We want our complaint to be posted in an attempt to help others. If our complaint can help someone from getting involved with this unethical, dishonest company, then our efforts were worth it.
