    Leisure Nation RV in ************ is a horrible business. Ive had nothing but trouble since the day I bought the trailer. Grey and black water valves both full missing pieces so the wouldnt shut the first time it was used, refrigerator alarm continually beeping and flashing the first time it was used, awning was ripped the very first time I opened it. The only thing they warrantied was the grey and black water valves. I used the camper 6 times last year and it was taken to the dealer where I purchased it after every trip. One excuse after another for why they couldnt fix the problems or they claim they fixed it just to be surprised when it wasnt once it was time for me to use it again. My trailer has currently been at the dealership since aug 2023 (9 months) and its still not fixed. They only contact they had with me until roughly a month ago was in October 2023 they called and wanted me to pay them to winterize the trailer. And in November of 2023 they called and wanted my authorization to move my trailer from there **** OK location which was apparently closing to there ************ location to be fixed. I was told 4/18/23 by the manager that if I did not remove my ****** review that they would not touch my camper again and I could come pick it up. I promptly drove the nearly 3 hours to get it and was told the fridge was fixed and working properly. Surprise, it is not, when I got home and plugged it in. I contacted the awning manufacturer with one phone call and sent one email, and the awning is getting replaced under warranty from a different dealer. They also were supposed to unwinterize it, they did not, antifreeze everywhere. It was left outside the 9 months they had it also, everything it faded on the outside now. This is the sorriest excuse of a company Ive ever had to deal with, and after today it obviously comes from the top down.

    **************** purchased a travel trailer from us in April 2023. At the time of delivery, ****************
    was provided with a walk-through inspection of the unit and was satisfied with the travel trailer's
    condition. The trailer was brought to the service department at our **** location for a door open
    notification on the refrigerator. We were unable to duplicate that problem and leaking tank
    valves were replaced under manufacturer warranty on June 27, 2023. There was no complaint
    to us or mention of the awning having a tear at that time. The trailer was brought to the service
    department in **** again in August 2023 with a complaint about the refrigerator again and a tear
    in the awning. During that timeframe, we closed the **** location. We spoke with ****************
    inquiring if he would like to have the trailer moved to our location in ********* and get in line
    there to have the work done or if he wanted to pick it up. He chose to have us take the trailer to
    our ********* location. We got the unit in rotation and diagnosed the problem, but again we
    could not duplicate the refrigerator issue. We submitted the awning complaint to Winnebago
    Industries for warranty approval. ********* denied the claim. While waiting for a response from the
    refrigerator manufacturer, **************** became verbally abusive to our employees because
    ********* would not cover the awning. He submitted a negative review online stating that we
    would not complete his warranty work. We spoke with him again, telling him that *********
    would not authorize the claim, and we asked him to remove or correct the review, and he became
    verbally abusive to our service manager. He was instructed to pick up his trailer at his
    convenience, as we would no longer be providing services to him.
