    Norman Automotive is the only shop to work on my vehicles , very fair and very knowledgeable. Jimmy ******* is a very smart, wise man, I for one am proud to claim him as my MECHANIC and even more as my FRIEND

    Norman Automotive has been taking care of our vehicles (up to four in our family) for years. Honest, fair, and dependable. All three are highly desirable traits these days and Norman Automotive has been exhibiting these through the years. Highly recommend them.

    I had my car fix at the place since mid of June 2022 for radiator(not sure if I change that, looking for receipt) coolant, thermostat, water pump fix. This is my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Brought it in on a Tuesday, and promised me that they will have it done by Friday after 2:30 PM. So Friday came we waited till 2:30 PM and call them to to make sure that they have it done. Got on the phone with a lady and she said not its jot done. Tell me to call them back in 30 mins. We did that. Then told us to call by at 4PM. Then we did that. Now at this point we are just worried! Cus they have no answer. Then, this time they told us that the car is done because the parts is not in yet. So I ask if I could take for car back for the weekend to drive and bring it back on Monday so they can fix it. They said no because they took my car apart this morning. So I was like if you knew they my car can't be fix during the whole week and for the weekend why did you take it apart.? We argued badly and Jimmy was on the phone with me we were both shouting at each other. And speak to me in a very rudely manner(such a Massaginist). So he told me to go ahead and get a tow truck to tow my car away from his shop cus he not fixing car no more. I told him. He should put everything back then I'll take it away. Cusbhe shouldn't have take my care apart if he wasn't going to fix it. Worst argument ever! So I called the police and ask about my rights. And she officer told me he couldn't do that. And I can take him to court for civil rights. Believe me, I was going to do that. so I went to the shop to get my car back. More scream and shouting. NOW, here it is. An Asian lady walk in, and this gotten worse. Racism, Discrimination, and massaging kicked in!!! I never in my life experience anything like this. So a nicer elder gentleman came out and spoke more reasonably to me after I told them that I will take them to Civil court if they don't put my car back together how I brought it. We came to an agreement th

    First off, I CAN NOT CONTROL SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES. Look it up. It's a new normal for *******. We have supply chain issues (SHORTAGES) in every facet of commerce imaginable. There are shortages in every single aspect of our lives now. Getting your car back one business day late was not our fault, and not worthy of your reaction.I walked in the door and my employee was on the phone and crying. From 12 feet away I could hear you yelling at her through the phone. Again, was this her fault? No. I told her to put the phone on hold and I picked up the line. You were still SCREAMING. You didn't even know she had put you on hold, your rage was so consuming. I yelled about 5 or 6 times to try to get your attention and try to make you stop long enough for me to address your issues. That part is true. I technically yelled at you to get your attention. When you did hear me, I started to CALMLY explain the delay and before I could complete my sentence, you started screaming at me. I WILL NOT BE TALKED TO LIKE THAT and I asked you multiple times to please stop yelling at me. LET ME BE CLEAR. I NEVER SAID OR IMPLIED ANYTHING UNKIND TO YOU. You are flat out using your race to try to get sympathy from others. People that know me, know you are lying. You ma'am, are lying. FLAT OUT. I have audio of my side of the conversation. And actually, I can hear most of what you were screaming at us through the phone because you were being so loud. I also have audio AND video from when you came in to abuse my people some more. My crew was professional and tried their best to calm you down. You acted like a tyrant. Another true point you made, was I told you if you didn't want us to fix it, OR, if you continued YELLING at me, you could come get it and tow it somewhere else. You get the respect you give ma'am.We came to an agreement to have your car ready the next business day (because you called around and no one could get the part). I gave you my word. I kept my word. Your car was ready the next day.I wish you all the best and my prayer for you is that God blesses you with patients and understanding in the future.
