    Signed a contract with ******************* of Dow Construction(Contractors License#************ on 1/6/24 to construct a 30x40x12 red iron building at **************************************************** for the total cost of $20,600. Per the contract, an initial payment of $14,600 for materials was paid. After signing the contract, it took 2 months for the builder to come out and frame up the building due to numerous excuses health issues, family health issues, no help, flat tires, etc. In March 2024, ****** showed up and completed the frame, per the contract I paid him another $3,000. He has now disappeared on me and has yet to complete the building. He avoids my calls and texts and replies every few days or weeks promising he will be out the following day to finish the building but no shows and gives some excuse of why he didn't show up. At this point there is still thousands of dollars in paid for material that have not been delivered to the residence and labor to finish sheeting and roofing the job. Bottom line, I really just want my building done. I have had conversations with ****** that he should sub contract the labor out in which he agreed and has told me multiple times another company was going to come out and finish it, each time nobody shows up.
