    In June 2024, this company started our turnkey barndo build set for completion in November 2024. However, the owner ran through the turnkey money and stopped showing up to our site, wouldn't answer or return calls or texts for weeks. The last day any work was done was December 26th. We were left with over $20k of work to be competed and/or to pay balances he never paid for subs and materials. We learned he's been turned in for embezzlement and did to many others what he did to us. Much of his work was poor quality and had to be redone. Unfortunately, we later realized he has a LENGTHY history of this, changing his business name or operating as a private/individual contractor. His name is ****** ****** *****. Of note: this time he put it under his 19 year old son who thought he was going to learn legitimate business and trade skills from his father. He's a good kid and is terrified of facing criminal charges due to his father's actions.
