      This business canceled my first appointment less than an hour before scheduled time. Unfortunately I scheduled a second appointment. I arrived before scheduled time to find the door to Dent Spot in Norman, OK locked. I called two different numbers that were in the door. No answer from either I left voicemails for both numbers. No response. Waited until after appointment time. Tried the door again. Still locked. Called the local number again. Finally reached an employee. That had no idea if the appointment time. Said she canceled all appointments then stated they closed down the location. I was never notified. They canceled twice on me. Once minutes before and second time I was never notified. I live about 30-35 minutes away. I made plans around this appointment. It affects my families schedule. My wife missed work due to this. I got my sick child out in the rain to do this. Terrible place. Do not recommend to anybody. Terrible way to run a business.
