      received bill for $14,114.51 but did not attend college or register for classes.
      Covid happened and there was no communication, this is the first mail received.

      On 12.25.23, I sent a dispute letter to the University of Oklahoma's collection department to inform them that they were reporting incorrect information to the credit reporting agencies. It is February of 2024, and I have not heard anything regarding the 2 accounts in question. This company is furnishing incorrect information for both accounts *************** opened 1/3/2014, and *************** opened 7/30/2013. The University of Oklahoma not only report this account as opened, but it is reporting a balance on an uncollectible account. This debt became uncollectible in 2018, and 2019. The statute of limitations in the state if OK is 5 years. The University of Oklahoma is not only in violation of FCRA violations for trying to collect on an expired debt, but you are also reporting inconsistent information to the credit reporting agencies when all data furnished should be complete and accurate. Not only have you have failed to respond to my request of providing information regarding this account, you failed to notify the credit reporting agencies that this account was in dispute because it is not notated on my account which is also a violation of the ***** Furthermore, there are inaccuracies such as payment history, date last activity, and balance information. The inaccurate reporting, uncollectible debt, and failure to respond to my initial dispute in over 45 days. The aforementioned accounts are to be removed from my credit report immediately.
