      This organization is poorly performing. It took over a month and three phone calls for them to send a death certificate. It has taken two months and 3 calls to try to get them to deliver her ashes. As of today they have said for the third time the ashes will be sent. Three weeks ago they said the ashes were sent and I should stand by to sign for them. Nothing came. Today they say ashes are sitting there and will be shipped today. This has caused no end to stress and discouragement.

      In reviewing this case and all notes. (all our notes are time stamped) Donor date of death is 03/17, Death Certificate was filed and ordered on 03/20, and we received them on 04/17 which is standard for ***************. Death Certificates can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Death Certificates were sent out on 04/17 when they arrived. NOK does have validity to the Ashes not being returned when they said they would be. Staff thought they were sent out and in fact there was a disconnect between departments with this particular case. They were hand carried to the *********** yesterday 5/14/24. We are currently investigating the issues raised in this complaint regarding the processing of the death certificate and the delivery of the ashes. Please be assured that we are committed to resolving any matters promptly with ensuring our continuous quality improvement. This is not the normal for UTN. We strive in servicing our families with the utmost respect and meeting all expectation of our families.

      My friend of 23 years died suddenly he had no family. So I had to take care of everything I was told by the hospital to contact United tissue Network these people helped me at 3:00 in the morning I answered a whole bunch of questions I had to sign papers through the internet they were trying they were informative I don't know what I would have done without these people. The local Funeral Home picked up his body kept them there until United tissue Network could come and get them. I mean get him. They also provide a video of dumping his ashes in the ocean. This is a great organization and I have also completed all of the form for myself to be donated to this Corporation. I have no money and no family so God bless this organization. I live in *******
