    I am rejecting this response because: attached actual timeline pdf

    There are multiple statements that are untrue.

    I have attached the actual timeline that can be corroborated with photos, emails and video.

    I would like a complete discount and removal of lien.

    They can have all of thier material back.

     Nowhere anywhere in any invoce state ribbon lighting that I recieved from them.

    Back in May our estimator **** had met and done some previous work for ******************* on his weed grow facility and he paid with no issues. He had mentioned to **** that he had received a quote for 10k to fix his sign at his dispensary and **** told him he could save him cost and just use LED modular/Ribbon lighting inside the sign to get it working. **** sent him a quote on May 18th and he approved and asked to get it scheduled the same day via email response which we have. After completing the project and invoice was sent on July 11th which I have attached the original invoice.

    We waited for payment until August 29th and sent him a reminder of the invoice due. On Sept. 9th he

    Finally responded saying that he was not happy with the finished product and wasnt going to pay anything until he thought it was satisfactorily lit up the way he thought it should be. We then sent our guys back out in order to appease the customer and added more ******************** above and beyond what we had quoted to try to make him happy which evidently still did not work. We sent him the invoice again without attaching a change order for the additional work done with no response and still never received payment so we moved ahead and filed a mechanics lien on the property. He finally responded to us after receiving the lien and threatened us via email with leaving bad ****** reviews, filing a complaint with you guys and who knows what else he might come up with at this point? We have and always will take care of our customers but unfortunately we cant keep every person happy. Hopefully this explains our side better.

    Attached is the actual timeline. All dates included. The amount of times they came out. Trying to "fix" the job. At the end thier work was just not up to par. The lighting is still the sme as when they started. The ribbon lightning does not stay attached l.

    In thier invoice nowhere doe it mention ribbon lighting. Only modular leds which is a very general term. We are going to have to remove all the lighting and replace it ourself with uni strut and led bar lighting.

    As you can see by the pictures submitted by the complainant the sign is very bright from the modular LED lights that we quoted, he approved, and we installed. We also fixed the lights on the big red arrow light which as you can see are working as well.  Additionally, we installed the flood light on the side of the sign which again is working and bright. The work completed is in accordance with the quote and approvals by the complainant. We even added additional modular LED lighting to make the sign brighter after he wasn't happy with our first install.

    In addition, the complainant never initiated contact to tell us he was unhappy with what was done until he was asked for payment. Only then did he complain and make false accusations of which we tried to appease multiple times, but he refuses to pay even after his own pictures prove the sign works and is very bright.

    Weve already went out multiple times in an attempt to make this customer happy since last May. The facts are that he had a quote for someone else to totally rebuild the sign for over 10k according to him. We gave him a quote to replace the interior lighting with modular LED to brighten the sign and we added a flood light and fixed the lighting on his red arrow all for under 3k. He approved the work and the pictures provided prove that all this work was completed and the sign is functioning. After each time we provided service he never once complained about anything until we had to contact him about late payment. All materials used are of commercial quality and for outdoor use.  

    Weve been in business for 7 years and this is the first time anyone has ever submitted a complaint because we take care of our customers as we did everything in our power with this customer. Were only asking to get paid for the services rendered and the job that was completed. If they would like to pay for what has been done to date and receive a new quote for different lighting wed happy to provide that.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have attached a current picture of the sign. As you can see the marquee dosent work. It is halfway lit up. There are wierd lights showing through the sign. I'm guessing these were supposed to fix the sign. Didn't work.

     

    i am again asking for a removal of the lien from the property. Complete discount of the invoice. A signed work order each time that they came out. A itemized list with price of evrything used. They can come pick all of thier material up. No problem. I will be removing it thus week to get the light in proper working order internally.

     

    if not they will recieve a call from my lawyer and most likley the landlord lawyer for removal of a fraudulent lien.
