    I called this business on a Saturday night due to my garage door not shutting. My door was damaged because I had a bicycle in the way and the sensor didn't catch it. The top of the door bent and the opener was pulled away. The person on the phone said it would be a $125 charge to come out and the tech could secure the door. When the tech got there, he started taking pictures of the door and told me that I would need at least 2 panels changed out but might need a whole new door. He said my opener was builder grade and noisy and he could replace it as well. He said he would get an estimate to me but a new door and opener would be around $3600.00. After that he got his IPad and showed me the $125 charge for his presence and said it would be another $400 to secure the door. I declined. He asked me to sign a card charge which I did. He then asked me to sign 2 other documents, one didn't pertain to me. I was also asked to sign that I was satisfied with his work and I declined because he didn't do any work. I told him I would not do business with him and he got agitated and left. The next day I called ****** Garage Door and they came out. It took 5 seconds to close the door and the tech drilled so I could lock it manually. He did not charge me for the call. He also quoted me $567 to replace the only panel that needed replacing and a strut. Top Quality Door wouldn't even close the door which was so easy I probably could have done it but was scared. They spent an hour of my time giving me an estimate and left my garage door up only to quote me around $3600. Shameful.
