Mr. *************************** has created an online health coaching company on TikTok. I met with **************** via phone where he explained he would be my health coach and offer personal services to help me with a meal plan, fitness plans and coaching. **************** led me to believe that he would be working with me one-on -one. instead, he has provided automated pre-recorded messages that are not directed to me. I have attempted to contact **************** on numerous occasions with no response. I contacted him via text messages, the portal and email. I wanted to discuss with him that I was not happy with the services and wanted more personalized service. I was finally able to set up a meeting with him, but he missed the meeting as he went for a haircut instead. I thought he did not show up for the meeting due to the time difference but as mentioned he missed the appointment for personal grooming services. After an apology, he agreed to set up a private chat on ******************* app for more one on one service. He only reached out to me once. I have attempted to contact him continuously, but my messages go unanswered. **************** is continuing to charge me $189.00 per month for the next two months and a penalty fee for ending the contract early for another $189.00. I believe that I have am being financially exploited as he never offered the services he committed to. He has also solicited donations from his clients for a couple that lost their jobs. I don't mind making a donation, but I suspect these individuals to be personal friends. **************** is a gregarious person but has not provided the services he has committed to. He is focus on building his business and ******* notoriety in my opinion. My desired resolution is a refund for services not provided which includes a $90.00 startup fee and $189.00 for the month of August. Additionally, I want immediate release from his contract with no additional fees due since he has provided no services for me. I am disappointed. He needs to do right.

    Customer Answer

**************** attempted to reach out to me today , August 25, 2023,  but I was in a meeting. He left me a formal message asking me to return his phone call. Based upon my complaint that he has failed to reach out to my numerous inquiries, I sent him a text in response to his phone call. I want all information recorded through written documentation as I do not trust his business practice's.

My text response was: "Good afternoon ****, I was in a meeting when you phoned. I hope you are well. Based upon me expressing my concerns to the Better Business Bureau and the numerous times I reached out to you via email, text and portal, and had no response back, it is best to communicate directly through BBB. Thank you and have an nice weekend.  ***************************"

Whether he has read this message or not I do not know because up until today I have had almost no communication from him. I appreciate him reaching out but the tone of his voice was very formal and I do not wish to get into a heated debate without assistance from BBB.

Has he responded to your inquiry?

    Thank you for your assistance,

    ***************************************
